The special stretch mechanism of Emba Flex^® ensures that the stretch film fixes the product firmly to the corrugated cardboard format, so avoiding any slipping. The highly flexible but practically tear-free stretch film clings perfectly to the different product contours.

To meet the highest requirements, we have developed a product line based on our proven and successful packaging system Emba-Flex^® (retention packaging). The idea was to offer a perfect solution for e.g. dental technology applications, precision engineering applications and chip technology applications, where dust-free packaging systems are necessary. To a large extent, the use of plastic packaging material minimises the amount of fine particles usually present when using corrugated board packaging.

Emba One^® can individually adapt to even the most varied product contours. Due to the „suspended delivery“, there is a very high degree of protection against shocks and vibrations.

Our special packaging for screens is based on the suspension packaging Emba-Swing^®. The corner suspension cushions can accommodate different display formats ranging from 32 to 60 inches. This version is especially useful in cases where a stand is pre-installed.

For laptops and netbooks we offer ideal standard packaging for sizes from 12“ to 17“ with optional accessory compartments.

The use of extra strong corrugated board ensure highest safety also for shipping via postal service. Transport boxes with crash-lock base mean time savings of up to 80 % compared to traditional boxes. Due to high production volumes the best price is guaranteed.
